As your personal trainer I will be 100% committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. My group kettlebell classes are always highly varied and fun, and a great way to improve your fitness or supplement any other form of training you already do. As a recently qualified Pilates teacher I aim to provide weekly Pilates group classes that also incorporate the Franklin Method and DNS training for a unique approach to Pilates. I also aim to provide a number of pure Franklin Method workshops throughout the year.
PERSONAL TRAINING
If you have very specific goals, are training for a particular event or want to improve at your sport, then one-to-one training will deliver the best results as each session will be geared to your specific needs. Furthermore, you will be given a programme of additional exercises to follow which will all contribute towards your short and long-term goals.

KETTLEBELL GROUP CLASSES

I have more than fifteen years of experience as a kettlebell instructor, and have taught group kettlebell classes since 2009. As of September 2024 I will be teaching group kettlebell classes at Conyngham Hall, Knaresborough. I am now taking bookings to join one of two 8 week beginner classes starting at:

- 6.30pm Monday 23rd September
- 6.00pm Tuesday 24th September
I will be holding four FREE introductory sessions at Connynham Hall at 6pm on the followng dates:
- 9th, 10th, 16th and 17th September

I also run online kettlebell classes three days a week. The classes are recorded so you can do them in your own time, if you can not make the live class. If you have experience using a kettlebell and would like to join the online classes then do get in touch.

PILATES CLASSES
I teach a Pilates class for both complete beginners and those who have prior experience at Inspire Youth Yorkshire on Halfpenny Close, HG5 0TG. The class starts at 7.15pm on Wednesday. Pilates is a great way to improve core strength, mobility, posture, body awareness, alignment and breathing. Cost per one hour class is £9. Come and try your first class for FREE.

FRANKLIN METHOD WORKSHOPS
I'm a Level 3 Franklin Method Educator and I run a number of workshops throughout the year. The Franklin Method is a way to learn about the detail of human movement and uses imagery to help people better co-ordinate their movements, improve movement efficiency, reduce the risk of injury and improve performance. I aim to incorporate elements of the Franklin Method into all of my teaching. I have personally found the Franklin Method to be invaluable when competing in long distance races. It has helped me both mentally and physically. Since incorporating the Franklin Method as part of my own training processes I have not suffered a single injury and I quickly went from being an over pronator to a neutral runner.
