PRIVACY POLICY

What data do I store and how do I store it?

I keep your enrollment form (PARQ) which includes contact details and exercise relevant health and medical information at home.

I keep an electronic register to record when you pay for personal training and/or any classes/workshops you attend. These are on a password protected laptop which I keep at home, and which occasionally travel with me to courses and events, etc.

I am required by law to keep your enrolment form and the registers for 7 years.

I keep your phone and email contact details in a password protected email account and on password protected phone accounts.

I keep email and text communications that we exchange in a password protected email account and mobile phone account.

How and why will I contact you?

I may email you to confirm appointments.

If you also attend a kettlebell class, I will email you before the start of each term of classes with details of the coming term.

I will email when there is an administrative need relating to personal training sessions and/or classes.

I will email or text you if I need to cancel a training session due to either illness or some other unforeseeable event.  In some cases I will cancel in cases of extreme weather if I believe this will affect the safety of the training session, or for my/your travel to the training session.

You can opt in to receive invitations to any additional workshops, social events or classes that I am organising or delivering. Some of these may be free in order to fulfil homework requirements of a training course.

I may occasionally email to ask if you wish to buy a kettlebell through me.  This may occasionally include buying second kettlebells from other clients.

You can opt out at any time by emailing me.

Do I share your data?

Other than my email accounts and password protected mobile phone I do not use any other service to store personal data.

I do not share any information with third party organisations.
